Admission Procedure

Admissions to St. Joseph School are conducted as per the guidelines issued by the school management and relevant education authorities. Admission is granted based on age eligibility, availability of seats, and performance in the entrance test or interaction (where applicable).

Selected candidates will be informed by the school. Admission will be confirmed only after verification of documents and payment of the prescribed fees within the stipulated time.

Admission Schedule

The admission process generally begins from the first week of March.

Entrance Test

  • Candidates seeking admission may be required to appear for an entrance test conducted by the school.
  • Admission is granted based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance test.

Required Documents

The following documents must be submitted at the time of admission:

  • Student’s Aadhar Card (attested by parent)
  • Student’s Birth Certificate (attested by parent)
  • Transfer Certificate (for students coming from another school)
  • Student’s Permanent Education Number (PEN), if applicable
  • Six passport-size colour photographs of the student
  • Parent’s Aadhar Card (any one: Mother/Father)

Important Guidelines

  • The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
  • Age criteria will be strictly followed as per the norms of the education board.
  • Admission will remain provisional until all original documents are verified.
  • Parents/Guardians must be present at the time of admission and interaction.
  • No change in class or section will be permitted after admission is finalized.
  • Admission fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Students seeking admission to higher classes may be required to appear for a written test or interview.
  • The decision of the school management regarding admission will be final and binding.
  • All rules and regulations of the school must be accepted by parents/guardians at the time of admission.
